Weekends at Bobbie’s is a Southwestern kitchen built around the feeling of a long weekend: sizzling fajitas, steaks off the grill, and plates made for sharing.

We opened in 2024 on The Strip, and the idea has stayed simple. Warm light, a big table, good food, and no rush to leave.
